Tuulen viime vuosi / Ultimul an de vânt / Last year of wind
Kuva silmissä; sillä tavalla olette täällä. Ketä
kukaan ei katso, katoaa. Aurinko, tähti, joku
valoon nukkunut päivä, ei tämä olisi tässä, ilman
sitä.
Mirkka Rekola, 1974…………..
Ultimul an al vântului
O imagine în ochi; astfel sunteti aici. Cine
nu este privit de nimeni, dispare. Soarele, steaua,
o zi adormită în lumină, n-ar fi aici, fără asta.…………..
Last year of wind
A picture in the eye; that’s how you’re here.
Who no one is looking at, disappears. The sun, the star,
some day asleep in the light, wouldn’t be here, without it.

Kohtaamispaikka vuosi, 1977 / Meeting point year / Anul punct de întâlnire
Minulla on iltoja, öitä
vanhasta muistista vielä
katselen veistosta, vuosisataista,
silmänpiirtoa myöten hymyä
ehkä ainoata.
Tulee mereltä, on ilmanhenki.
Minä tunnen sinut,
kun kuljet tuolla,
pään liikkeestä leuan
tuulenasennosta,
minä näen sinut oikealla silmällä
diadeemi otsalla.
Mihin minä panen tämän korun.
Sinulla on kultainen silaus,
minun päiväni ovat luetut, sinä loistat.
Sano kuka toinen sinut näin voi nähdä,
minun silmäni on kaukana unesta.Mirkka Rekola

Meeting point year
I still have evenings, nights
from old memories
I look at the sculpture, centuries old,
A smile from the corner of the eye
perhaps the only one.
Comes from the sea, is the spirit of the air.
I know you,
when you walk there,
From the movement of your head, from
the tilt of your chin
I see you with my right eye
diadem on the forehead.
Where I put this jewel.
You have a golden plating,
my days are numbered, you shine.
Tell me who else can see you like this,
My eyes are far from sleep.
………………….Anul punct de întâlnire
Am inca serile, nopțile
din vechi amintiri
Privesc sculptura, veche de secole,
Un zâmbet al ochilor
poate singurul.
dinspre mare, vine spirirul aerului.
Eu te cunosc,
când mergi acolo,
De la mișcarea capului, de la barbia
inclinata,
Te văd cu ochiul meu drept
diadema pe fruntea ta.
Unde pun această bijuterie.
Esti suflat cu aur,
Zilele mele sunt numărate, tu strălucești.
Spune-mi cine te mai poate vedea așa,
Ochii mei sunt departe de somn.trans. M. M. Biela
Kuutamourakka, 1981 / Moonlighting / Munca la negruNiin kauan kuin tämä jätemylly pyörii
minun alkemiani on tarpeen, etkö ymmärrä,
jotta vesi on vettä, viiniä viini.
Kun kerran olet kuut ja auringot,
anna niiden peilit, uskalla,
mitään ei ole ellet tahdo,
ne menevät sinussa sisäkkäin, se on tähti.
Siinä olet, kaltaisesi,
tuskaa et väistä, et etsi omaasi,
en minä lohduta sinua sillä.
Sinulle oli tuttua Solaris, Peili, Stalker;
ei ole samantekevää missä näet minut.
Älä sano hyvästi,
kuka on noussut meistä, kuolleista,
aamusta asti minä olen puhunut sinulle
ja mitä minä kirjoitan,
maailmanlopun jälkeistä runoutta,
se on jättänyt sinut, sinä olet jäänyt.Mirkka Rekola

Moonlighting, 1981As long as this waste grinder is spinning
my alchemy is necessary, don’t you understand,
so that water is water, wine wine.
Once you are moons and suns,
let their mirrors, dare,
there is nothing unless you want it,
they nest inside you, that is a star.
There you are, the likes of you,
you don’t avoid pain, you don’t seek your own,
I won’t comfort you with it.
You were familiar with Solaris, Mirror, Stalker;
it does not matter where you see me.
Don’t say goodbye,
who has risen from us, from the dead,
since morning I have spoken to you
and what I write,
post-apocalyptic poetry,
it has left you, you have remained.……………….
Munca la negru
Atâta timp cât se-nvarte aceasta râșniță de gunoi
alchimia mea este necesară, nu înțelegi,
astfel încât apa este apă, vinul este vin.
Odată ce esti lunile și sorii,
dă-le oglinzile, îndrăznește,
nu există nimic decât dacă vrei tu,
fac cuib în tine, asta e o stea.
Iată, cei ca tine,
nu eviți durerea, nu-ti cauti seamanul,
Nu te voi mângâia cu asta.
Erai familiarizat cu Solaris, Mirror, Stalker;
nu contează unde mă vezi.
Nu spune adio,
care a înviat din noi, din morți,
vorbesc cu tine de dimineață.
si ce scriu,
poezie post-apocalip
te-a părăsit, tu ai ramas.trans. M. M. Biela
